4 ripe banana
2 cups of plain flour
2 eggs
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/3 cup yoghurt
1 tea spoon vanilla
1/2 tea spoon cinnamon
1/4 tea spoon salt
1 tea spoon of baking powder


Steps make it
1st mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in a mixing bowl
In another bowl add the butter (softened) and the sugar and beat until smooth.
Then add 1 egg at a time and mix in, adding both eggs.
Then add yoghurt and mix until smooth.
Mash up the banana’s to paste and add them to butter mix.
Then add vanilla and once its all mixed in finally add the flour mix from step 1 and mix it all around so the flour is mixed in properly.
If you want you could add 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts now as well.
Finally grease with butter a cake dish and pour the cake mix into the baking dish and then put it in a pre-heated oven set at 175c for 30 minutes until it starts to brown on top. Then cover it with alfoil and put it back in for another 30 minutes to finish cooking.


Then eat it all up, yum yum yum. Hope you like it.
